F2: Check Harness Short To Ground

With EM010, EM011 and FC015 (BPM) disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM011/006 and EM010/023

- Is the resistance > 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to F3 F3: Check Harness Ground Continuity
No
Inspect EM011 and FC015 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/connector EM002/splice EMS28. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
