01. The front fenders are bolt on panels; these can be repaired in place or removed from the vehicle.
Remove MET items as required.
Define dent area, use fine tooth panel file

02. First bring the majority of the dent out, use the serrated bump spoon, whilst applying pressure from the back of the panel with the dolly.
File the area again to highlight low spots.
Low spots are worked, use serrated bump spoon, slowly lifting the dent to a uniform level.

Note: The dent should be worked slowly and carefully.

Caution:
- Do not use excessive force.
- Do not strike the panel excessively.
Both of these actions can cause the panel to stretch.

03. Repeat the process:
1. File to highlight the low spots.
2. Lifting the dent out with the serrated bump spoon.
This will result in a metal finish, with the correct panel profile

04. Mechanically sand to 120 grit, use the orbital sander with dust extraction.

On completion of panel replacement, the following checks should be carried out:
1. Panel gaps (as indicated).
2. Hinge operation.
3. Lock alignment.
4. MET operation.
