Fuel Level Sender LH - 2.5L/3.0L

Removal

WARNING:

- This procedure involves fuel handling. Be prepared for fuel spillage at all times and always observe fuel handling precautions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury
.

NOTE: All vehicles.

1. Remove the transfer pump.

NOTE: Non federal market vehicles only.

2. Disconnect the fuel level sender electrical connector.







NOTE: Non federal market vehicles only.

3. Remove the fuel level sender.







NOTE:
- Federal market vehicles only.
- Note the position of the tie straps securing the harness to the fuel pipes.

4. Remove the tie straps.







NOTE: Federal market vehicles only.

5. Remove the fuel level sender and harness.







Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
