1 Obtain and record the audio unit preset radio frequencies.
2 Raise and secure the luggage compartment floor covering.





CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the wiring harness.





Connect





Torque to: 6 Nm





1 Lower the luggage compartment floor covering.

NOTE:
This step is only necessary when installing a new component.
2 Using the Jaguar approved diagnostic equipment, reset the battery monitoring system.
For additional information, refer to Door Window Motor Initialization Testing and Inspection
3 Enter the audio unit preset radio frequencies.
4 Reset the clock to the correct time.
5 Start the engine and allow to idle until the engine reaches normal operating temperature.
6 Switch the engine off.
