Cargo Lamp Unit Replacement

REMOVAL

Fig.1 Cargo Lamp Lens:

1. Insert a small flat bladed screwdriver into the access slots of the cargo lamp lens.
2. Carefully pry the lens from the lamp.

3. Disengage the lens mounting tabs from the lamp mounting pins.
4. Remove the fasteners securing the lamp housing to the roof reinforcement.
5. Remove the lamp housing from the headliner cavity.
6. Disconnect the wire harness connector from the lamp pigtail wire connector.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the cargo lamp housing at the headliner cavity.
2. Reconnect the wire harness connector to the cargo lamp pigtail wire connector.
3. Install the fasteners that secure the lamp housing to the roof reinforcement.
4. Position the lens over the lamp housing and press it firmly and evenly upward into the housing until the lens mounting tabs are seated on the mounting pins in the lamp.
