Removal

LAMP

NOTE: The following procedure applies only to vehicles manufactured for certain export markets where rear fog lamps are optional or required equipment. Rear fog lamps are not available in vehicles manufactured for North American markets.

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

2. Remove the bumper fascia from the rear of the vehicle.

3. Move the fascia support away from the back of the rear fascia (1) as necessary to access the rear fog lamp (2).

4. Firmly grasp the socket (4) on the bottom of the lamp housing and rotate it counterclockwise about 30 degrees to unlock it.

5. Pull the socket and bulb straight out from the keyed opening in the housing.

6. Remove the screw (5) that secures the mounting tab on the inboard side of the lamp housing to the back of the rear fascia.

7. Pull the inboard side of the lamp away from the rear fascia far enough to disengage the two tabs (3) on the outboard side of the lamp from the slots in the fascia.

8. Remove the lamp from the back of the rear fascia.
