Connect a suitable ohmmeter between oxygen sensor electrical connector terminals A and B, Fig. 7. Ohmmeter should indicate 5 to 7 ohms. If an infinite reading is obtained, replace oxygen sensor. To check oxygen sensor operation, diagnostic tester M.S. 1700 must be used.
