1. With relay de-energized, continuity should exist between relay terminals 30 and 87A, Fig. 9.
2. Using a suitable ohmmeter, check resistance between relay terminals 85 and 86. Ohmmeter reading should be 70 to 80 ohms for resistor relays and 81 to 91 ohms for diode relays.
