Malfunction Indicator Lamp: Testing and Inspection

1. Turn ignition switch to Run position.
2. Install a jumper wire between engine controller terminal 2 and ground.
3. If lamp illuminates and bulb is satisfactory, check for open to instrument cluster connector terminal 2.
