Ignition Coil: Specifications

The Primary Winding resistance should be 1.13 - 1.23 ohms at 24° C (75° F). If the coil temperature is above 93° C (200° F), then 1.50 ohms is acceptable.

The Secondary Winding resistance should be 7700-9300 ohms at 24° C (75° F). A maximum of 12,000 ohms is acceptable is the coil temperature is 93° C (200° F), then 1.50 ohms or more.
