Ignition Ballast Resistor: Service and Repair

NOTE: The fuel pump ballast resistor is located on the left inner fender panel.

Ballast Bypass Resistor:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect wire connectors from ballast resistor.

2. Remove mounting screw and resistor.


INSTALLATION
1. install resistor. Tighten mounting screw securely.

2. Connect wire connectors to resistor.
