Blower Motor Switch: Service and Repair

WARNING: Refer to Air Bags before attempting Steering Wheel, Steering Column, or Instrument Panel component diagnosis or service. Failure to take the proper precautions could result in accidental air bag deployment and possible personal injury.

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Pull the blower motor switch knob on the front of the heater-A/C control off of the blower motor switch stem.
3. Remove the heater-A/C control.
4. Remove the two screws securing the blower motor switch to the rear of the heater-A/C control and remove the switch.
5. Reverse the removal procedures to install.
