NAME OF CODE:
Controller Antilock Brake (CAB) Power Feed Circuit

WHEN MONITORED:
Ignition on.

SET CONDITION:
The CAB monitors the fused B+ circuit at cavity 9 at ail times for proper system voltage. If the voltage is missing when the CAB detects that an internal main driver is not "on", the trouble code is set.

POSSIBLE CAUSES:
- Loose connection in the CAB fused B+ circuit
- Open fused B+ circuit
- Open fuse
- Failed CAB
- Short to ground in fused B+ circuit

INACTIVE TROUBLE CODE CONDITION
You have just attempted to simulate the condition that initially set the trouble code message. The following additional checks may assist you in identifying a possible intermittent problem:
- Visually inspect related wire harness connectors. Look for broken, bent, pushed out, or corroded terminals.
- Visually inspect the related harnesses. Look for chafed, pierced, or partially broken wire.
- Refer to any technical service bulletins that may apply.

NOTE:
- A single asterisk (*) in the diagnostic chart indicates the Verification Test must be performed.

- A double asterisk (**) in the diagnostic chart indicates a connector must be checked, then cleaned or repaired as necessary.
