A. Inspect Power Brake Booster Date Code

1. Locate the power brake booster label as shown in Figure 1.

2. If the brake booster build date code is 298 through 309, the brake booster must be replaced. Continue with Section B.

^ If the brake booster build date is NOT IN THE ABOVE RANGE, no further action is necessary.
