SYMPTOM
*NO RESPONSE FROM PCM (SCI ONLY)

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- "NO RESPONSE" displayed from DRB
- DRB adapter cable defective
- DRB defective
- SCI receive circuit open
- SCI receive circuit shorted to ground
- SCI transmit circuit open
- SCI transmit circuit shorted to ground
- PCM defective (NO RESPONSE)
- Ground circuit(s) open to data link connector
