Shorted Rear Channel
SYMPTOMSHORTED REAR CHANNEL
WHEN MONITORED
Monitored any time the radio is turned ON.
SET CONDITION
The radio has sensed a short on it's rear output channel.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Left rear (+) shorted to ground
- Left rear (-) shorted to ground
- Left rear channel shorted together
- Right rear (+) shorted to ground
- Right rear (-) shorted to ground
- Right rear channel shorted together
- Power amplifier (input section)
- Radio output section
