WIPER NOT WORKING IN THE HIGH SPEED

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Wiper high/low relay defective
- Ground circuit open
- Wiper high/low relay control circuit open
- Wiper high/low relay control circuit shorted to ground
- High speed output circuit open
- High speed output shorted to ground
- Defective wiper motor-HI speed relay
- Multi-function switch open
