Front Door Speaker Replacement

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the trim panel from the inside of the front door.

3. Remove the two screws that secure the speaker to the lower front corner of the front inner door panel.
4. Pull the speaker away from the inner door panel far enough to access and disconnect the front door wire harness connector from the speaker connector receptacle.
5. Remove the speaker from the front door inner panel.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the speaker to the front door inner panel.
2. Reconnect the front door wire harness connector to the speaker connector receptacle.
3. Position the speaker in the mounting hole in the front door inner panel.
4. Install and tighten the two screws that secure the speaker to the lower front corner of the front inner door panel. Tighten the screws to 1.1 Nm (10 in. lbs.).
5. Reinstall the trim panel onto the inside of the front door.
6. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
