Tail Light Bulb: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Open the liftgate.
2. Remove the screws that secure the tail lamp unit to the quarter panel.
3. Remove the tail lamp unit from the quarter panel.

4. Rotate the tail lamp bulb socket counterclockwise and remove the socket from the tail lamp housing (Fig. 32).
5. Pull the bulb out of the socket.

INSTALLATION
1. Insert the bulb into the tail lamp bulb socket.
2. Position the tail lamp unit to the quarter panel.
3. Insert the bulb socket into the tail lamp housing and rotate the socket clockwise.
4. Position the tail lamp unit onto the quarter panel.
5. Install the screws that secure the tail lamp unit to the quarter panel.
