Auxiliary Step / Running Board: Service and Repair
SIDE STEP REMOVAL Fig. 11:
1.
Remove the bolts that attach the side step to the
frame (Fig. 11).
2.
Tilt the step down and disengage the tabs from the
frame slots.
INSTALLATION 1.
Position the side step on the
frame and engage the mounting tabs into the frame slots.
2.
Install the bolts that attach the side step to the
frame and tighten to
21 N.m (15 ft.lbs.).
