REAR DEFFOGER RELAY OPEN

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Fused B+ CKT shorted to ground
- Rear defogger relay output CKT short to ground
- Fuse #2 open
- Fused B+ circuit open
- Rear window defogger relay
- Rear window defogger relay control short to ground
- PDC
- Instrument cluster
