- Seat horizontal forward driver wire open
- Seat horizontal forward switch sense wire open
- Seat horizontal rearward driver wire open
- Seat horizontal rearward switch sense wire open
- Driver horizontal motor inoperative
- Driver power seat switch
- MSM Horizontal motor output open
- MSM Horizontal switch input open
