REMOVAL
5.7L





1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Drain coolant.
3. Remove serpentine belt. Drive Belt Tensioner
4. Remove fan clutch assembly.
5. Remove coolant fill bottle.
6. Remove fan shroud assembly.
7. Remove A/C compressor and generator brace. Service and Repair
8. Remove idler pulleys.
9. Remove belt tensioner assembly. Service and Repair
10. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses.
11. Remove heater hoses.
12. Remove water pump mounting bolts and remove pump.
