Installation

TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINES










1. Raise and support the vehicle
2. Connect the transmission cooler line retainer at the oil pan.
3. Connect the transmission oil cooler lines (2) to transmission (1).Procedures
4. 4x4 equipped models, raise the front axle.
5. 4x4 equipped models, install the front axle front mount retaining bolts.
6. 4x4 equipped models, install the front axle retaining bolt on the right side.
7. 4x4 equipped models, install the front axle vent hose at the axle.
8. Connect the O2 sensors at the catalytic converter.
9. Install the lower skid plate/splash shield.
10. Lower the vehicle.
11. Position the transmission cooler lines to the transmission oil cooler.
12. Connect the transmission oil cooler lines (2) at transmission oil cooler. Procedures
13. Install the air intake duct/air horn inlet located near the passenger side headlamp.
14. Install the cooling fan and shroud. Radiator Cooling Fan
15. Fill the radiator with coolant.
16. Install the grille.Grille
17. Connect negative battery cable.
18. If needed, fill the transmission with the appropriate fluid. . Service and Repair
19. Verify proper operation.
