INSTALLATION




1. Clean all gasket mating surfaces.

2. Install the gasket (4), seal (2) and the air control valve (3). Tighten the air control valve fasteners to 10.8 Nm (95 in. lbs.).

3. Install the EGR tube to the back of the air control valve.

4. Connect the vacuum pipe and oil level indicator tube to the air control valve.

5. Install the generator to intake support bracket. Tighten fasteners to 32.4 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).

6. Install the charge air hose. Tighten clamp to 7 Nm (61 in. lbs.).

7. Connect the wiring harness connector.

8. Connect the negative battery cable.
