NOTE: "Do NOT use impact tools on the Spare Tire Winch assembly to raise or lower the Spare Tire".

1. Remove the spare tire.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Remove the three bolts securing the spare tire winch to the body and then remove the winch.
