Installation







INSTALLATION





1. Install steering wheel (3) to the column
2. Reconnect all the electrical connectors.
3. Reinstall the horn switch (1).
4. Install the horn plate.

NOTE: Do not reuse the old steering wheel bolt (2) (a new bolt must be used)

NOTE: Be certain that the steering wheel mounting bolt is tightened to the proper torque specification to ensure proper clockspring operation.

5. Install the new steering wheel bolt (2). Tighten the bolt to 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.).
6. Install the drivers side air bag. Driver Airbag - Installation.
