Front Upper Control Arm - Removal
REMOVAL 1.
Raise vehicle and support the axle.
2.
Remove the tire and wheel.
3.
Remove the inner fender well (2).
4.
Remove the upper
ball joint retaining nut.
5.
Seperate the upper
ball joint (2) from the knuckle (3) using special tool #8677 (1).
6.
Remove the nut and bolt (1) securing the upper
control arm (5) to the body.
7.
Remove the upper
control arm (5) from the vehicle.
