Removal







REMOVAL





1. Disable and remove the drivers side airbag.Driver Airbag - Removal.
2. Disconnect all the electrical connectors.
3. Remove the steering wheel bolt (2).
4. Remove the horn plate then partially reinstall the steering wheel bolt (2).
5. Remove the horn switch (1) to gain access to the holes for the steering wheel removal.




6. Move the horn switch (2) off to the side.
7. Install a steering wheel puller (4) or equivalent using the top of the bolt (1) to push on.

NOTE: Ensure the arms for the puller have a good grip into the holes (3) for the steering wheel.

8. Remove the steering wheel.
