B2206-00-CURRENT VIN MISSING/MISMATCH

- When Monitored:
With the ignition on.

- Set Condition:
VIN stored in Intrusion Transceiver Module (ITM) does not match the VIN stored in the TIPM.





CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC
1. Turn the ignition off and remove the key from the ignition.
2. Lock and close all doors to allow the VTSS to go from pre-arm to armed status and wait one minute.
3. Disarm the VTSS.
4. Turn the ignition on.
5. With the scan tool, read DTCs.

Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

Yes

- Replace the ITM. Intrusion Module - Removal.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.

No

- Test is complete.
