Instrument Panel Cover - Removal

REMOVAL

Special Tools:










1. Remove the center console, Center Console - Removal.
2. Disconnect the center harness (1) electrical connectors and position aside.

3. Remove the amplifier, Amplifier - Removal.
4. Remove the steering column as necessary, Steering Column - Removal.




5. Using a trim stick or equivalent, remove the end caps (1).

6. Remove the center trim, Instrument Panel Bezel - Removal.
7. Remove the radio, Radio - Removal.
8. Remove the glove box, Instrument Panel Glove Box - Removal.
9. Remove the upper I/P tweeter speakers, . Speaker - Removal
10. Remove the cluster bezel, Instrument Cluster Bezel - Removal.
11. Remove the passenger air bag, Passenger Air Bag - Removal
12. Remove the glove box striker.
13. Remove the screws securing the cover to the I/P reinforcement and remove the cover.
