Rear Wiper Arm - Removal

1. Unsnap and remove the molded plastic nut cap (4) from the pivot end of the wiper arm (3).
2. Remove the nut (5) that secures the wiper arm to the rear wiper motor output shaft (1).





3. Use a slight rocking action to disengage the rear wiper arm (1) pivot end from the output shaft (2) and remove the wiper arm. If necessary, a battery terminal puller (3) may be used to disengage the wiper arm from the output shaft splines.
4. Remove the rear wiper arm pivot end from the motor output shaft.
