Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Clean the surfaces of the flywheel and pressure plate.
NOTE: When installing tone wheel, be sure the XXXXXXX printing on the tone wheel is facing outward.
2. If vehicle is equipped with start-stop feature, install tone wheel on crankshaft.
3. Install flywheel with new bolts and tighten in a criss-cross pattern. Tighten bolts to 90 Nm (67 ft.lbs.).
4. Install clutch disc and pressure plate.
5. Install transmission.
