Keyless Entry Transmitter: Testing and Inspection

Remote Keyless Entry Programming

1. Connect the DLC cable of the Hi-Scan Pro with the 20-pin Red Kia Connector (P/N 09900 29030).
2. Open the hood and locate the diagnostic connector near the battery. Turn the ignition to the "ON" position.
3. Select Model/Year/Code Saving.
4. Follow Hi-Scan Pro prompts. Press key transmitter buttons for less than one second.
5. Remove the Hi-Scan Pro and verify programming.

Note: A maximum of 2 key transmitters are allowed with this system.
