Compressor Clutch Coil: Service and Repair
Clutch field coilDisassembly 1.
Remove the clutch hub and pulley.
2.
Install a shaft protection tool at the compressor opening
3.
Install the pulley at the compressor. Place the puller screw end at the shaft protector center concave and the puller projection around the rear side field coil.
4.
Turn the puller screw using a wrench and remove the coil.
CAUTION: Do not use air tools.
