Door Module: Service and Repair

DISASSEMBLY (DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY)




1. Remove remote controller assembly.
a. Disconnect remote control rods.
b. Remove mounting bolts.




2. Remove door lock.




3. Remove outside handle.




4. Remove key cylinder assembly.
a. Remove key cylinder clip.
b. Remove mounting bolt.

REASSEMBLY (DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY)




1. Install key cylinder assembly.




2. Install outside handle.




3. Install door lock.

Tightening torque 7 - 10 N.m (0.7 - 1.0 kg.m, 5 - 7 lb.ft)




4. Install remote controller assembly.

Tightening torque 7 - 10 N.m (0.7 - 1.0 kg.m, 5 - 7 lb.ft)
