Expansion valve Replacement

NOTE: Before replacement of expansion valve, carefully check refrigeration system. Refer to Troubleshooting Information.

1. Remove blower/evaporator assembly.
2. Disassemble blower/evaporator assembly and expansion valve as an assembly.
3. Replace expansion valve
4. Install expansion valve in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Apply clean compressor oil to O-rings before connecting fittings.
