Engine Controls - DTC P1505 Incorrectly Identified

When diagnosing a P1505 code be aware that the Hi-Scan Pro may misidentify the code as a "Kick- Down Servo Switch". The P1505 should be identified as "Idle Speed Actuator (Opening Coil) Circuit Open". Follow the flow chart for the Idle Speed Actuator diagnosis in the applicable Service Manual for vehicle model and model year. Steps are being taken to address this concern, watch for updates on this item in the near future.
