Repair Procedures











REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove radiator grille upper guard.




2. Remove headlamp assembly.
3. Remove bumper cover & energy absorber foam assembly.
(1) Remove screws from left/right side of bumper cover.




(2) Remove bolts(2) from top of bumper cover.




(3) Remove fasteners(3) from left/right side of bumper cover.




(4) Remove fasteners(4) from bottom of bumper cover.




(5) Disconnect front fog lamp connector, and then remove bumper cover.
4. Remove bumper rail.
(1) Remove mounting bolts(12) from left/right side of bumper rail.

Tightening torque :
22 - 27 N.m (2.2 - 2.7kg.m, 16 - 20 lb.ft)





(2) Remove bumper rail.




5. Install in reverse order of removal.
