Repair Procedures











REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Remove rear combination lamp.
2. Remove rear transverse trim.
(1) Remove fasteners(3).




(2) Remove rear transverse trim.








3. Remove luggage side trim.




(1) Remove trunk lid weatherstrip.
(2) Remove screws(3) and fasteners(9).
(3) Remove luggage side trim from trunk.
4. Remove rear bumper assembly.
(1) Remove bolts(4) from left/right side of trunk room.




(2) Remove screws(2) from left/right side of bumper.




(3) Remove screws(2) and bolt from left side of bumper.




(4) Remove screws(2) and bolt from right side of bumper.




(5) Remove fasteners(8) from top of bumper.
(6) Remove bumper stay mounting bolts(2) from bottom of vehicle(LH).

Tightening torque :
35 - 55 Nm (3.5 - 5.5 kg-m, 25 - 40 lb-ft)





(7) Remove bumper stay mounting bolts(2) from bottom of vehicle(RH).

Tightening torque :
35 - 55 Nm (3.5 - 5.5 kg-m, 25 - 40 lb-ft)





(8) Remove bumper assembly.
5. Install in reverse order of removal.
