Repair Procedures

REPLACEMENT

1. Disconnect the negative(-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the crash panel Dashboard / Instrument Panel
3. Disconnect the connectors from the temp. actuator, the mode actuator and the thermistor, then remove the mounting nuts.

4. Remove the heater & evaporator unit after loosening the mounting screws.

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
