Sportage (KM) Water leak from Sunroof Glass

- Description

Some Sportage KM vehicles built before December 17, 2007 may exhibit a water leak due to poor sealing at the sunroof glass to sunroof glass seal. To adjust the sunroof glass, use this procedure as described.





Specification of Installed Sunroof Glass Height:

- Front: 0 or 1.6 +/- 0.5 mm lower then roof panel

- Rear: 0 or 1.6 +/- 0.6 mm higher then the roof panel

After completing sunroof gap adjust, tighten the screws firmly and install the trim covers over the adjustment screws as required.
