SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS (Except USA)
1. If the handheld tester cannot communicate with the Engine Control Module (ECM), and the engine cranks but does not start, perform the following:

A. Check the handheld tester connections.
B. Check that the memory card is correct and inserted properly.
C. Check the handheld tester and batteries.
D. If all of the above checks are OK, go to Test B. ECM Power & Ground Test

2. If the engine cranks but does not start and no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) are set, but the handheld tester can communicate with the ECM, go to Test C. No Fault Codes
