Fuel Pressure Sensor: Description and Operation
Fuel Rail Pressure SensorThe fuel rail pressure sensor is located on top of the fuel rail adjacent to the fuel inlet. The fuel rail pressure sensor measures the pressure of the fuel in the fuel rail. This input is then used by the fuel pump control module to control the amount of fuel delivered to the fuel rail.
