Service Repair No - 80.20.29

Removal

1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Remove the instrument panel passenger side reinforcement.
3. Remove the heater core upper and lower pipes.
^ Position a container to collect the fluid.
^ Loosen the 4 screws and remove the clips.
^ Remove and discard the 4 O-ring seals.





4. Remove the heater core.





Installation

1. Install the heater core.
2. Install the heater core upper and lower pipes.
^ Clean the components.
^ Install the new O-ring seals.
^ Install the clips and tighten the screws.
^ Remove the container.
3. Install the instrument panel passenger side reinforcement.
4. Refill the cooling system.
