Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands.

1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the oil cooler assembly.

CAUTION:
^ Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of corrosion and foreign material.
^ Mark the components to aid installation.

3. Remove the knock sensor (KS).
Torque: 20 Nm





Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
