Radiator
This is a "Trustmark Authoring Standards (TAS) Repair Procedure"
- TAS style procedures can be identified by steps that have no accompanying step text and the magenta color of the electrical connectors and fasteners such as nuts, bolts, clamps or clips.
- TAS removal and installation procedures use a sequence of color illustrations to indicate the order to be followed when removing/disassembling or installing/assembling a component.
- Many of the TAS procedures will have the installation information within the removal steps.
- The TAS color illustrations use a variety of symbols to indicate important details of the procedures. It is important to understand these symbols in order to properly used the TAS procedures.

Removal
WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
1 Raise and support the vehicle.
2 Remove the bumper armature.

3 Drain the cooling system.
For additional information, refer to Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding Service and Repair
4 Release power steering cooler and secure aside.
CAUTION: Protect the A/C condenser.
5 Release the A/C condenser and position aside.
6 Release the automatic transmission fluid cooler and tie aside.
CAUTION: Protect the radiator during this operation.
NOTE:
Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
Installation
1 Install the rubber mounts.
2 Install the cooling fan assembly.
3 Carefully install the radiator.
4 Install the A/C condenser, and tighten the bolt.
Torque to: 10 Nm
5 Install the mountings and tighten the bolts.
Torque to: 6 Nm
6 Connect and secure the electrical connector.
7 Install the automatic transmission fluid cooler.
8 Connect the coolant top hose.
9 Connect the coolant lower hose.
10 Install the PAS cooler and tighten the bolts.
Torque to: 10 Nm
11 Install the air deflector.
12 Fill and bleed the cooling system.

13 Install the bumper.
