Diagnostic System Inspection

1. Ensure battery voltage is about 12 volts.
2. Turn ignition switch on.
3. Ensure that ``ANTI-LOCK'' warning light turns On for three seconds. If not, inspect then repair or replace fuse, bulb or wire harness.
