Title 2VZ-FE ENGINE FUEL LINE TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS








Fuel line torque specifications on the 2VZ-FE engine have been revised. The gasket material has been changed from copper-plated to tin-plated. Torque for union bolts and pulsation damper is different depending on the type of gasket used.





Previous and new parts are interchangeable.

Tightening torque for Pressure Regulator nut has also been changed as shown:

For Supply Parts only starting June 1991.

PART NUMBER INFORMATION:

The following new gasket kits include tin-plated fuel line gaskets. The revised torque specifications must be used whenever the tin-plated fuel line gasket is used.
