Ignition Lock: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and disable airbag system as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.
2. Remove No. 1 undercover and lower finish panel.
3. Lower steering column, then turn ignition lock to ACC position.
4. Push down stop key, Figs. 13 and 14, then pull out lock cylinder.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
